My name is Masha and I have been a missionary in Kenya for 7 years. I am from Ukraine. In 2018 when the war started Donbas, I started volunteering in frontline towns where I served war children. Later I got to Kenya and went to Assistance Mission. God put it in my heart to stay there and start a global impact children's church. One of my priorities was to train local leaders for this ministry.

"And what you have heard from me in the presence of many witnesses, impart to faithful men who will be able to teach others"

2 Timothy 2:2

Later I was involved in starting and leading a preteens ministry. This is a ministry for kids from 9 to 12 years old. A special age at which children in the Kenyan slums begin to become sexually active. God has given us a vision to help teens encounter God, His work and His voice.
My dream is to see a transformation in the thinking of children and preteens. To see them move away from their pagan traditions in favor of living according to God's traditions. Today, I can already see a strong fire for God and children team.

P.S. At the moment I am temporarily not in Kenya, but I continue to lead the children's ministry. I am conducting video meetings with the team. I think this is a good time for my team to step up while I am away. We are seeing the big picture with my people and we are not going to stop.
